Contracting online

Nothing on this website is intended to be nor should be construed as an offer to enter into a contractual relationship with you or anyone else. Before service commences we will provide you with written Terms and Conditions for signature, this will be the contract between Certain Care and the client. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between us in relation to your use of the website only.

You will be able to request a brochure pack online or over the phone at which point we will post you separate terms & conditions which will apply should you wish to use our services. These will be given to you when we carry out an initial assessment for signature, if this is not appropriate then alternative arrangements can be made (usually email or fax)
